About the author
I spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of Product, Delivery and Customer Success. My career started in the retail world and later moved into consulting and digital commerce. Over the years I learned how these three functions shape each other and how powerful they become when they work as one.
I like building things. Teams, structures, processes and products. I enjoy taking ideas from the early messy phase to something that works at scale. I have led transformations, built cross functional teams and helped companies turn product strategy into customer and revenue outcomes.
Most recently I worked at SCAYLE Commerce Engine, the B2B tech spin off of ABOUT YOU. There I helped scale the platform for international brands and supported the growth of one of the fastest growing commerce solutions in Europe. Before that I worked at BCG Platinion, IBM and smaller system integration firms which gave me a broad view on technology, delivery models and what makes companies tick.
I care about clarity, trust and getting things done in a simple and honest way. I enjoy solving customer problems, improving how teams work and removing the friction that slows down growth. I believe good leadership sits somewhere between curiosity, structure and empathy.
Right now I take a bit of time for family, personal projects and finding the next challenge. This blog is my way of sharing what I have learned so far and thinking out loud about the topics that matter in my work.
